Each wallet is hand cut and hand sewn using traditional leather crafting techniques. The shell and lining are made using genuine un-dyed vegetable tanned leather that will darken naturally over time.

LEATHER:
This wallet is made using un-dyed vegetable tanned leather that darkens naturally over time. The more exposure the leather gets to the sun and the oils on your skin, the more quickly it will darken. To speed up the darkening process and ensure a more even color, we recommend leaving it exposed to direct sunlight for 1-2 days to develop a good base color before use. You can also apply a few coats of leather oil to the surface to create a richer tone, such as mink or neatsfoot oil.
Please be aware that leather is a natural material. Slight discoloration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies in your leather should not be considered a defect but rather add to the beauty and uniqueness of your wallet. We do our best to cut the best section of each hide to guarantee a clean piece every time.
CARE:
If a spot cleaning is needed, we advise using warm water or a mild saddle soap with a soft cloth while cleaning in small circular motions. When cleaning un-dyed vegetable tanned leather, it is best to wet the entire surface to avoid water marks. We also suggest treating your wallet every 6-12 months with a leather conditioner to keep it well hydrated.
