BASIC TERMS OF MY SERVICES
– This product is created TO ORDER: creation time 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
– Delivery by international postal service by air. Estimated time 2-6 weeks. Worldwide shipping.
– Follow the movement of the package yourself in the order menu.
– If for some reason you did not pick up the parcel when it was delivered to your city and the parcel returned back, re-delivery is at your expense.
– If the product will be delivered to you with damage or it will be the wrong product, I can re-send it at my own expense or refund.
– I don`t accept order cancellations. If you placed an order, I will create it and send it to you anyway.
– Temporarily, I don`t accept individual orders and changes.
– The design of my wooden products is a one-of-a-kind artwork created by me and my team! Copying is prohibited without consent.
– The color may be slightly different from what you see in the photo.
