We use hot stamping and Times New Roman character for personalization. Please make a customization request by following the explanations we have given in the customization section. Unfortunately, we cannot make customizations requested for more than 6 characters. Please request a one-line customization of up to 8 characters.
A customization request that does not comply with the customization instructions will not be considered. If you do not follow the personalization instructions and do not respond to our messages and e-mails, your order will be sent to you without any personalization. In this case, no refund will be accepted due to the lack of customization.
